Edgewater is a residential neighborhood that is home to many high-rise buildings. This area is close to several popular attractions in Downtown Miami, including the Adrienne Arsht Center for Performing Arts, American Airlines Arena, the Frost Science Museum and Perez Art Museum Miami (PAMM). There are numerous public parks in the area where residents can enjoy outdoor activities such as tennis or biking. Additionally, there are plenty of bars including Lagniappe and Don Deo Brewing Bar & Grill where residents can hang out with friends.
