With its centralized location you can reach neighboring areas within Ten -Fifteen minutes drive time.

Connections can be made northbound to Miami International Airport and Palmetto or southbound to Coconut Grove.

On the weekends, many locals enjoy relaxing on Miami's beautiful white sand beaches. Even though driving in Brickell can be frustrating, it only takes 20 minutes to reach the lively South Beach neighborhoods and half an hour to find a more peaceful vibe in North Beach.
